The competition runs in the Czech language only.
The subject of the competition is the development of urban planning and architectural design for an urban residential block with an active ground floor in the Nové Dvory area (Prague 4), on plots totaling 9,257 m². The competition area is defined by the boundaries of Block B02_07 in the Nové Dvory zoning study.
The approximate competition area is extended to include related public spaces.
