The competition runs in the Czech language only.
The subject of this brief is the design of two urban blocks with a predominantly residential function and an active ground floor in the area of Nové Dvory (Prague 4), on plots with a total area of 10,197 m². The competition area is defined by the boundaries of blocks B02_04 and B02_06 in the Nové Dvory Zoning Study.
The approximate competition area is extended to include related public spaces.
