SuperMost – SuperPrior: New use for a department store
The city of Most is announcing its first competitive dialogue, SuperMost – SuperPrior. Prior, opened in 1976 as the city's main shopping center, has the potential to become a community and cultural hub.
The aim is to design a new future for the former department store – a place for new functions, sharing, and meeting. The current building is to be reintegrated into the life of the city and offer meaningful use.

Marie Kašparová
An experienced cultural manager with more than twenty years of experience in managing cultural organizations, strategic planning, and financing cultural projects. She graduated from the Department of Production at the Theater Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague and, since 2020, has been the director of the Kultura Praha 3 cultural organization, where she is responsible for the operation and programming of two cultural centers: Atrium Žižkov and KC VOZOVNA. In the past, she also worked as the general manager of the international exhibition Prague Quadrennial. She has long been involved in the operational development of public institutions, the sustainability of cultural infrastructure, and the transformation of public space. She is a member of the management of the Association of Cultural Centers of the Czech Republic.

Gerry Schwyter
Swiss architect and member of the management team at EM2N, an architectural studio based in Zurich. He studied architecture at a technical university and is a member of the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA). His work focuses on innovative approaches to building renovation and adaptation.Among his notable projects is the Büround Gewerbegebäude Binzstrasse in Zurich, distinguished by its flexible use and experimental approach to façade structure.

Marina Kounavi
Greek architect with master's degree from TU Delft. After a decade working in Rotterdam for renowned studios such as OMA, Mecanoo, and MVRDV, she returned to Athens in 2021. In 2018, she founded the architectural office ANAGRAM. Its work is driven by a deep exploration of transforming existing typologies and spatial characteristics. Among her significant projects is the winning proposal for the renovation of the town hall in Přerov in collaboration with atelier gram, where the team designed the modernization of an administrative building from 1969 which is under construction.

Gilles Delalex
jury chairFrench architect and co-founder of the Paris-based practice Studio Muoto (founded in 2003), which focuses on architecture, urbanism, design, and research. He studied architecture at ENSA Grenoble and McGill University in Montreal, earned a master's degree in urbanism, and holds a doctorate in arts from Aalto University in Helsinki. Among his notable projects is the winning proposal for a building at the end of Revoluční Street in Prague, developed in collaboration with the Brno-based studio PEER.

Pavel Plánička
alternateCzech architect and co-founder of the studio 3+1 architekti, based in Ústí nad Labem. He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering and subsequently from the Faculty of Architecture at the CTU in Prague. He gained professional experience at Swiss studios WA3 and Bearth Deplazes, and from 1998 to 2006 collaborated with architect Jan Jehlík. Among his notable projects is a Family House in Vaňov, distinguished by its sensitive integration into the terrain surrounding natural environment.
