The Statutory City of Přerov is looking for an author's team to design the revitalization of the Strojař site through a competitive dialogue.

The aim is to find an innovative and quality housing solution in a new residential building in the very centre of the city.

Zuzana Drahotová

The architect, who has been part of the Prague office of SCHINDLER SEKO ARCHITEKTI for the last twelve years, has now established her own studio. She focuses on residential and office buildings, complexes and public buildings. She has worked on the conversion of the Zenger Transformation Station into the Kunsthalle Prague contemporary art gallery, which has won numerous awards. She is co-leader of the studio at the international university ARCHIP.

Anne Catherine Fleith

Jury Chair

Architect of French origin, she is a partner in the feld72 studio founded in 2002 in Vienna. It is a collective focusing on applied urban strategies, art and architecture. They are frequent winners of architectural and urban design competitions, especially when it comes to residential complexes or apartment buildings.

Regina Freimüller-Söllinger

She studied architecture at the Technical University of Vienna and at the University of Michigan, College for Architecture and Urban Planning. She completed a postgraduate program at the Architectural Association School of Architecture, London. Since 2003 she has been running her own architectural practice FSA in Vienna. She teaches
at the TU Vienna at the Institute of Spatial Design, Building Theory and Housing.

Michaela Horáková

Architect, founded mh architects studio based in Prague in 2015. In addition to designing small residential architecture and interiors, they won two competitions for public buildings in 2023 - one is the reconstruction of the former high school for the Transformation Centre of the Ústí nad Labem Region and the other is a new branch of the municipal library in Česká Lípa.

Richard Kilo

Architect who is a partner in Kilo / Honč, founded in 2010 and based in Bratislava. Their projects include mainly reconstructions and interior designs, especially residential, but also architecture for the permanent exhibition of the Kysucká Museum in Čadca.

Monika Konrad

A Polish architect and urban planner with international experience in architectural practice, she is currently working on a strategic masterplan for Warsaw as a lead designer. She has been leading a studio for architecture students focusing
on environmental and social issues at the Brno University of Technology since 2023.
