A Croatian architect, he graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Zagreb. In 1994, he and his partners Tatjana Grozdanić, Marko Dabrović and Silvijo Novak founded the studio 3LHD. Projects from 3LHD range from the scale of single-family houses through public buildings up to theoretical concepts. The studio achieved considerable fame for its project from 1997 – the Bridge of Croatian War Veterans in Rijeka – which won a long series of international prizes. Other award-winning works include designs for hotels and sports centres. The studio represented Croatia at the Venice Biennale in 2010, as well as at Expo 2005 and 2008.

A Dutch architect, he acquired his architectural training at the Technical University of Eindhoven. During his student years, he began to work in the offices of Wiel Arets and NL Architects. In 2005, he and Ruud Moonen opened the studio Moederscheim- Moonen Architects, where they focus primarily on public buildings and structures for sports, leisure and culture – as confirmed by their many realisations of sports and community centres in the Netherlands.

A graduate of the Brno Technical University, she has degrees from both its faculties of Civil Engineering and Architecture. Since 2002, she has worked in the architectural design office Ellement, which she founded with Hana Maršíková, Helena Víšková and Jan Pavézka. Their realisations occupy a wide range from urban planning studies through public spaces, commercial objects and even designs for single-family houses, reconstructions large and small, commercial and private interiors, and product design. With its headquarters in Zlín, Ellement has long been involved with the genius loci of this Modernist city and its architectural heritage: the studio’s recent realisation of the revitalisation of the Gahura Prospect has met with much acclaim from experts and the public.

A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Art at the Technical University in Liberec, he gained experience at the City
Hall of Pardubice as well as in the architectural studio of Roman Koucký. In 2009, along with colleagues active in both architecture and graphic design, he founded the Pardubice studio MIXAGE, which among other projects prepared the presentation of the Pardubice land-use plan. He organises architectural lectures and discussions, and is an active member of the Pardubice associations OFFCITY and Mlýny městu.

A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Czech Technical University in Prague, she has had over ten years of direct experience in the architectural studio of Roman Koucký, where she has been co-author of many realisations of public spaces, studies and projects on a wide variety of scales, including experience with urban planning. At the Faculty of Architecture, she also works as an assistant in Roman Koucký’s atelier, and for the past five years has been coordinator of masters’ degree studies.

Mayor of the City of Pardubice
Trained as a construction engineer at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague, he first worked as a site supervisor and then at various management posts in a number of construction firms. Since 2011, he has been chairman of the board of the Development Fund of Pardubice (Rozvojový fond Pardubice a.s.), of which he also served as director until 2014. He was elected mayor of Pardubice in 2014.

Deputy Mayor
A graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague, she is an authorised engineer
for above-ground structures and the structural and dynamic quality of buildings. From 1981 to 1991, she worked at the construction firm Průmstav Pardubice. After 1992, she served as the director of a private design firm and in 2004 founded her own design office. She has held the post of deputy mayor since November 2014.

An authorised architect, he is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Czech Technical University in Prague.
He worked in several ateliers in Prague and Olomouc, served in the Department of Conceptions and Development in the City Hall of Pardubice and since 1999 has managed his own architecture studio in Pardubice.

A graduate of the department of construction at the Faculty of Architecture at the Czech Technical University, he first
worked in the R&D department of the construction firm Pozemní stavby in České Budějovice, and later at the City Commission in Pardubice. Since 1992, he has worked independently as an authorised architect in the area of construction design. In 2010, he was elected mayor of the district Pardubice and won a second term in 2014.

Deputy Mayor for Sport
A graduate of the Faculty of Social Studies at Masaryk University in Brno, he has worked as a youth basketball coach and as a sports journalist. Since 2008, his work has mainly been in public administration. In 2011, he joined the Regional Office of the Pardubice region, where he held the position of head of the Communication and Public Relations Office for the regional governor and press spokesman. He has held the post of deputy mayor since November 2014.
