The town of Neratovice invited architects to look for a way to revive the local Community House, which currently looks more like a symbol of the past, a labyrinth of corridors and functions. The aim was to find a solution together with the architects and to find a direction in which the house could go in the future.

25 teams entered the competition, 16 of which took part in a competitive dialogue and submitted a proposal, from which the jury selected 4 teams in two rounds and awarded them.

The teams that proceeded to submit ideas concepts:
Adam Rujbr Architects / ATELIER SAEM / Hlaváček - architekti / Husák, Bergmanová, Hušek / Alice Šimečková / Jakub Našinec / Jan Zezulka / Ondřej Tuček / Michal Palaščak / Loca Plan / Mar.s architects / Ondřej Císler / NORM-A / ov-Architekti / re:architektii / XTOPIX architekti
